Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at [your email] with your order number.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.

Refunds: Once your return is received, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items: Used or opened toys cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
